Melina first came to WWE in 2005 escorting the tag team MNM onto the SmackDown scene. As part of the highly successful MNM with Johnny Nitro and Joey Mercury, Melina assisted her boys in winning the WWE Tag Team Titles three times in their rookie year. Eventually, Nitro and Melina would leave Mercury behind and go onto Raw, where Melina would make a huge singles impact winning the Women's Championship. After Nitro got drafted to ECW, Melina stayed on her own on Raw and since then, has won more Women's Championship gold, and has even won the Divas Championship on one occasion. Melina is currently out with an injury, but have high hopes that Melina will make an impact upon her return.
