Edge is a man who is difficult to describe. His theme song doesn't say "You think you know me" for no reason. One couldn't understand the hell he went through to work his way up the ladder in the business. Only by being there with him at Wrestlemania XI watch Hulk Hogan vs. The Ultimate Warrior, only by training with him while he juggled training with two jobs, and only by touring the frozen roads of Canada to make events of not even 100 people only to make enough money to eat, could someone know the man who would become the Rated-R Superstar.

In 1998, Edge, after much hard work and sacrifice, debuted on Raw, and could be best described as a loner. He would aimlessly walk the streets and through the crowd, almost seeming to be searching for something. He seemed to find it in the form of the vampire Gangrel, and his brother Christian. He would go on to have great tag team success with his brother, and later on, great singles success. In 2005, he won the very first Money in the Bank and cashed it in for the first WWE Championship in early 2006 against John Cena. After this historic moment, Edge took off as a main eventer, going on to win eight more World Titles.

In mid-2009, Edge suffered a torn Achilles Heel, and was forced to relinquish his half of the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship. After he took his leave, he was constantly berated by his former partner Chris Jericho throughout the year. Edge used this as inspiration to return, and did return at the 2010 Royal Rumble, eliminating Jericho and John Cena to win the Rumble match. He went on to challenge Jericho for the World Heavyweight Championship, but failed to win. He did, however, defeat his former partner in a Steel Cage rematch at Extreme Rules, though there was no title to fight for this time. In the 2010 WWE Draft, he got drafted back to the Raw brand, and made an immediate impact by costing Randy Orton a WWE Championship #1 contender match to Batista later that night. What's next, now that Raw is Rated R once more?
